Exchange and return

For the total satisfaction and confidence of our customers in the purchases made on our website, we have created a policy for exchanging and returning products. Products purchased from our online store may be exchanged in case of withdrawal from purchase or defective product.

The customer can withdraw from the purchase after purchasing one or more products within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Defective product:
We immediately exchange the product that eventually arrives at its destination with a defect or that has suffered damage during transport.

How to proceed
In both cases, Exchanges by Withdrawal and / or Product with Defect, the customer must contact LMNTS by e-mail:produto@lmnts.com.br.
After contact, the goods must be sent, in their original packaging, without any indication of misuse, together with the sales invoice, to the address specified in the email.
If there is evidence of misuse of the product, LMNTS is exempt from accepting the request for the return or exchange of the product. The reversal of the amount may occur in up to 2 (two) subsequent invoices. This procedure is the responsibility of the card administrator used.

Charging freight for exchange or return
The exchange or return requested at the initiative of the customer after a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the products will have the return shipping under your responsibility.
Already the exchange or return requested for manufacturing defect or damage in transport, will have the freight under the responsibility of LMNTS, both the return shipping of the products to be returned or exchanged and the shipping cost of the new products.

 

Delivery policy

For shipping and dispatching of purchases made in our virtual environment, we offer the services provided by the Post Office and post orders within 3 business days.

Freight
The value of the freight is identified after the insertion of a valid zip code in the appropriate field, varying according to the location. We deliver throughout the national territory that is served by the Post Office.

Deadline
The delivery time varies according to the destination region of the package. The average of most products is 3 to 5 working days for deliveries in the state of São Paulo and 5 to 10 working days for other states.

After each dispatch, we send the customer a tracking code so that it is possible to follow the product's trajectory.

For security of your purchase, all orders are subject to analysis and confirmation, both registration data and delivery data. To make the process faster and safer, it is recommended that all data is correctly filled out, and at least one landline number to contact, if necessary.
